Have you ever seen those groovy page-peel ads in the upper right corner of websites?
Now you can have your very own page-peel ad on your WordPress blog.
Download from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/page-peel.zip
Unzip to your wp-content/plugins folder.
Activate the plug-in.
1. Set the URL of where you want to take your visitors when they click the ad.
2. Set the URL of the large image.
3. Set the URL of the small image.
That’s it – have a look in the top right hand corner of this blog, and you’ll see how it works.
Leave a comment if you can’t get it to work.
Most of all, visit Avram’s page at http://www.avramovic.info/lang/en-us/ and leave a comment to thank him for his good work.
UPDATE:
The PagePeel plug-in doesn’t seem to work with WordPress 3.0.
UPDATE:
Hooray! Avram has now updated his PagePeel plug-in. Save the images you created in the older version, and upload them to the current theme folder that you’re using…
For example:
If you have the default twentyten theme with the new WordPress 3.x.x.x, you’ll need to move your images to the wp-contentthemestwentyten folder in your hosts’s file system.
Done!
